They provided me with all the information I needed about the city and extended their cooperation to make my stay as good as possible. The hotel facilities were comparable to a 5-star hotel in the west, and all clean. The location was perfect as it was close to a mall and not too far from the botanical garden.

The view from the rooftop restaurant was amazing and the hotel offered nice special food offers during the weekend. , the staff was very friendly and cooperative, providing plenty of information to make our stay enjoyable. Plus, the rooms were nice and clean.
The location of the hotel was a bit isolated and far from the main road and center. the rooftop restaurant was too small and sometimes crowded in the evening.

We had a fantastic stay at this modern hotel. the room was spacious and well-decorated with everything we needed. the friendly staff provided exceptional service throughout our stay, making us feel at home. the rooftop restaurant offered great views while we enjoyed the delicious food. the hotel was conveniently located near a shopping mall and botanical garden.
One drawback was the pool was located in front of the restaurant patio.

The view from the higher floors and the rooftop restaurant is stunning! the location is very convenient and close to a big shopping center and a beautiful botanical garden. the staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help out with any questions or requests.
The pool was located right in front of the restaurant, which wasn't ideal for a relaxing swim. there were some issues with payment and invoicing that caused a bit of a headache for business travelers.

The location was superb, with breathtaking views from both my room on the 20th floor and the rooftop restaurant. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel provided excellent services, such as room service, housekeeping, and laundry facilities. The room was clean and well-maintained, with everything I needed including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. The dining options were also outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious food to choose from. I was impressed with the level of comfort and quality provided by this hotel.
I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

We had a great stay at Bigland Hotel. The rooms weresuper clean and cozy, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel's location was convenient, close to Botani Square Mall and not too far from the botanical garden. The amenities in the apartment levels, like the sink and kitchen hood fan, were a nice touch. We also appreciated the reasonable price for the quality of the hotel.
